Course Overview

Piping Engineering Course enables the students to introduce the major concepts for piping system design. The comprehensive course is to identify the basic vocabulary, introduce the major concepts of piping system design, provide & understand the basic piping requirements for design as per the international codes & standards, understand how to design cost effective new installation, and to understand how to create cost effective design in trouble shooting as well as while improving existing piping system. Piping engineering course is designed to raise the level of expertise in piping design and helps to analyze development skills and knowledge of current trends in plant layout. Course syllabus is based as per the requirement of detailed engineering companies and covers basic design fundamentals and techniques, overview of P & I Diagram, Selection, of piping commodities, Codes & Standards, Preparation of materials specification and data sheets etc…
